What annoys you the most about cell phone use?

What mainly annoys you the most about people using cell phones? I've got four gripes about them;

1. People who talk on cell phones in the theaters while I'm trying to watch a movie.

2. People who use cell phones while driving and are about to cause an accident!

3. Signals being cut off in the middle of conversations due to a lack of area coverage.

4. Cities, towns and states that have no coverage at all, leaving you cut off from calling friends and family altogether!!

I'm a waitress and the one thing I hate is when someone walks in and orders and eats and leaves but the whole time they are on their phone and they only mouth what they want to me. That's not bad but what really sents me over the top is when they complain because their order isn't right.

There are cell phone rules people, LEARN THEM!!!!
