Today, Oct. 9th, Americans woke up to the news that North Korea has nuclear bombs and they have tested them underground. The USGS (United States Geological Survey) recorded the quake and reported it to be equivalent to a minor earthquake. Other countries like Russia and China recorded the quake and reported it to be even higher. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said "...we will be entering a new, dangerous nuclear age." According to an AOL poll, 59% of Americans are 'very worried' about the news.
How about you: are you worried? If you were in power in America, what would you do?
Me, I'm somewhat worried. I'm not very worried, but I AM a bit scared by the news.

I'm a bit frightened by the news.
I don't know what I would do if I was in power, but I would do something.

I'm a little scared. If I was in power, I'd probably try and talk with the Koreans, and make sure they don't--well--kill people. I dunno, I'd want to do *something*.

How can you all just be a LITTLE scared? I'm very, very frightened by the prospects of even more weaponry in the world. I know there are violent and crazy people in the world, so if this power was to fall into the wrong hands-- I'm not even gonna finish my sentence, but y'all get the point, right? You guys are all braver than I am..

The reason that I'm only a little frightened is because this isn't the first time it's happened.
Cold War anyone?
